What’s been happening at ServiceMaster Clean during 2016
2016 has been an eventful and very successful year for us at ServiceMaster Clean Swansea and South Wales. Throughout the year, the company has continuously been growing with more loyal customers joining us and a lot more staff members on board. This now means that our staffing members have expanded to over 160 which is great because it means that we can cope with the demand of all our services and the locations we operate in. These locations now include; Swansea, Carmarthen, Neath, Port Talbot, Bridgend, Llanelli, Merthyr Tydfil and Pembrokeshire.
Due to this growth, we have had to move out of our previous offices to re-locate to a new unit. We have upsized to Unit 7, The Courtyard, Darcy Business Park, LLandarcy, Neath, SA10 6EJ. Large amounts of refurbishment were needed to make sure it fit alongside the ServiceMaster brand. However, even though the move generated a lot of hard work ServiceMaster Clean can now accommodate for its current staffing demands and further growth in the future.
Along with a new home for ServiceMaster Clean Swansea and South Wales, this year we have purchased a new van from Days Motor Group. Again, due to the increasing demand for our services the new van has now allowed us to deal with this extra demand for delivering cleaning products/ stock and it provides our area managers with a extra vehicle to communicate with our clients and staff in all locations.
In 2016 ServiceMaster Swansea and South Wales have been shortlisted for an award. We were nominated for ; Swansea Bay Business life, South Wales Evening Post- Women in Business Awards for the Family Business of the Year Category. The award ceremony took place at the Marriott Hotel Swansea on 7th October.
In October, we also celebrated a Ten-Year Anniversary for Sharon Rosier. Sharon has been our contract manager at ServiceMaster Clean Swansea and South Wales since 2006. Sharon is very passionate about her job and always keen to learn. Sharon commented “It’s been a fantastic ten years and I wouldn’t have progressed and be where I am now without Jayne helping me develop from an early stage. It is a privilege to work alongside Jayne and for the ServiceMaster team and its true what they say; Time does fly when you’re having fun!!”
ServiceMaster has also celebrated more clients ten year anniversaries throughout 2016 and has seen the number of companies using Service Master’s cleaning services to nine!
We look forward to 2017 and hope we continue this success at ServiceMaster Clean Swansea and South Wales.
