On June 1^st 2018, ServiceMaster Clean, Swansea & South West Wales were proudly awarded the prestigious commercial cleaning contract for The Beacon Centre for Health, Langdon Road, Swansea.

The Beacon Centre for Health is a £7.25 Million development within the SA1 area of Swansea. The health centre consists of two GP Practices, a dental practice, a pharmacy, the local health board cardiac and community based screening services and musculoskeletal assessments, as well as training facilities for Swansea University.

The tender was advertised on the Sell2Wales website and after a lengthy tender process which consisted of a Pre Qualification Questionnaire, an Invitation to Tender and also an interview with numerous heads of departments, ServiceMaster Clean, Swansea & South West Wales were appointed the approved supplier on a 3 year contract.

 With the two surgeries within The Beacon Centre for Health (SA1 and Harbourside Medical Centres) it brings the total up to 19 Doctor Surgeries and Medical Centres and 4 Dental Practices in which ServiceMaster Clean, Swansea proudly provide commercial cleaning services too within the Swansea & South West Wales area.
