As we all know, most of our work places feature a reception area or lobby. Whether it’s a dental practice, estate agency or insurance providers the majority of our offices will have a public area. This area is, more often than not, the first space visitors and clients, existing and prospective will be faced with. Which is why it is so important this area creates a positive, long-lasting first impression of the business with a clean office.
The reception area is where the visitor will form their first impressions so it’s important that it is kept clean and tidy. This is obviously always easier with the help of a professional cleaning service. Moreover, this is usually the area in which the visitor will wait for their appointment or see a member of staff, so they have a lot of time to look over the small details, from dusty shelves to finger prints on windows.
