Contracts Manager Raises Over £250 For Charity!

Our contracts manager Sharon Rosier took part in the “Back 2 the Trenches” annual assault course in Carmarthen. Sharon has been fundraising for the event for numerous weeks, and has very impressively raised over £250 for Children With Cancer UK.

The “Back 2 the Trenches” mud run in West Wales was held in Carmarthen on the 19th October 2014. The gruelling and non-forgiving course was set out over 6km worth of natural terrain. The course saw runners have to navigate their way through mud filled ponds, cargo nets, up and down muddy banks and through man made obstacles, whilst having to carry sand bags and weights.

Sharon Rosier successfully completed the course with her brother Rob in just less than one and a half hours. Sharon said “I would like to thank every one who sponsored me. I set out originally to raise £100, so the fact everyone has been so generous and we have more than doubled our target is fantastic. It makes all the training and hard work worth while knowing so much has been raised for such a good charity.”
