ServiceMaster Clean, Swansea & South West Wales are proud to announce that during the ServiceMaster Ltd Summer Summit held on the 11^th of June, ServiceMaster Clean, Swansea & South West Wales were awarded the ServiceMaster Award of Excellence for a second time.

The ‘Summer Summit’ is an annual event held by ServiceMaster Limited which allows franchisees across their five brands to meet, network and meet external suppliers. The summit is finalised by an awards ceremony which celebrates success in fields such as; growth, customer service, individual employee contributions, investment and also portraying the overall brands.

During the award ceremony, ServiceMaster Swansea were awarded three awards. Two of which were A ‘North Star’ Growth Award which reflects an increase of turnover of over 100k per annum and a ‘North Star’ Customer Service Award which reflects our extremely high NPS (Customer Satisfaction) scores we have received over the last 12 months. Both awards have now been proudly won by ServiceMaster, Swansea for three consecutive years. The third award which was presented to ServiceMaster, Swansea was one of the ‘big ones’, The ServiceMaster Award of Excellence.

The Award of Excellence is presented to one of the businesses that has met the Entry Criteria and is “for exemplifying the pursuit of excellence in the ServiceMaster tradition”. This award is presented to the franchisee which carries through the ServiceMaster brand on vehicles and online, as well as using approved ServiceMaster software. The award was previously won by ServiceMaster Swansea in 2007.

Jayne Gethin, ServiceMaster Swansea’s managing director added “It is an absolute honour to have been awarded the ServiceMaster Award of Excellence for a second time, it is the second highest award you can be presented with within the ServiceMaster Ltd group and therefore reflects the hard work and dedication we put into making ServiceMaster Swansea a successful business. When we won it back in 2007, just two years after staring the business it was a very special moment as it proved we were doing something right and going in the right direction. This time it is extra special as we are a family company and both my children, Jonathan and Lianne are working within the business and therefore this time it is fantastic to share this achievement with them. We have had a very successful couple of years and we are looking forward to continuing to grow together and hopefully collect a few more awards along the way.”
