Commercial Cleaning Contract Re-Awarded
We are delighted to announce the successful tender for the provision of commercial cleaning services for Llandarcy Park Limited.
Llandarcy Park Limited, also known as Llandarcy Academy of Sport is a multi-purpose sport and education facility which consists of:
- 1 Small 5 ‘A’ side hard surface
- 4 Outdoor grass pitches and one cricket square
- 1 Indoor 3G pitch 50m x 55m
- 1 Fitness gym
- Café
- 2 Offices and 2 WRU offices and physio rooms
- Male and female changing rooms and toilets
- Male and female changing rooms and toilets
- 6 Lecture rooms & a Computer Suite
- 2 Staff rooms, Coaches Office and Administration Offices
- Large physio room & Analysis Suite
- Changing rooms-coaches room/Officials Changing Room–large Ospreys squad changing room
- Store room and a Car Park for 150 Cars.
We originally provided our cleaning services to Llandarcy Park Limited in 2006 through until 2013. During 2013 the decision was made for Llandarcy Park Limited to merge with Neath Port Talbot College and as a result, both Llandarcy Park Limited and Neath Port Talbot College as a group had to tender our their cleaning services. Due to the geographical area that the college was located within, the contract was then awarded to another large cleaning company.
December 2015, Llandarcy Park Limited re-tendered their cleaning needs away from Neath Port Talbot College and as a result ourselves and three other cleaning companies were invited to tender for the provision of their commercial cleaning services.
As a result we are delighted to announce that Llandarcy Park Limited has re-awarded ourselves the commercial cleaning contract for their premises in Llandarcy which we commenced on the 1st of February 2016.

The successful tender will see five members of staff transfer from the previous contractors under TUPE legislation which will consist of over 50 hours per week.
