Office Cleaning Checklist

Meeting room

  • Dust storage furniture, tables, bookshelves, and other hard surfaces
  • Vacuum all carpets and sweep hard surface flooring
  • Wipe down and disinfect all phones and other equipment
  • Empty all bins, replace bin liners

Common areas

  • Wipe down doors and window glass inside and out
  • Dust coffee tables, desks, and other hard surfaces
  • Vacuum all carpet and upholstered furniture
  • Sweep all hard surface flooring
  • Wipe down and disinfect phones
  • Empty all bins and replace bin liners
  • Make sure any welcome mats are always straight
  • Wipe and disinfect outside and inside of microwave
  • Ensure all kitchen appliances are always clean e.g fridge and kettle
  • Refill consumables
  • Empty all bins and replace bin liners

Washrooms

  • Clean and disinfect all hard surfaces
  • Sweep and mop hard surface flooring
  • Wipe and disinfect all partitions (if applicable)
  • Clean and disinfect urinals and toilets with appropriate products
  • Refill all consumables

Offices areas

  • Dust filing cabinets, tables, bookshelves, and all hard surfaces
  • Vacuum all carpet and sweep hard surface flooring
  • Dust desks and all flat surfaces
  • Dust all computer areas, paying special attention to the keyboard and mouse
  • Wipe and disinfect all phones
  • Empty all bins and replace bin liners
